General theoretical aspects of ethnic identity politicization (on the basis of P. Bourdieu's conception)

The article examines the prospects of P. Bourdieu's conception application in ethno-political studies. The mentioned conception is considered by the author as a methodological alternative to primordialism and constructivism approaches. The paper discusses principles and conditions of ethnic identity politicization and related issues of public policy.
