General and particular preconditions of the national payment system development

The article distinguishes general (constant in the short-term period) and particular (individual for payment systems of different types and depending on macro- and microeconomic conjuncture) preconditions for the national payment system development by improving activities of the constituent payment subsystems and their combination. The author substantiates that implementation of the preconditions will promote institutional formation of the national payment system and financial market development.
