General and specific features of legal regulation of governance of state holdings in Russia

In state ownership of Russia, along with small and medium-sized companies, there are holding entities. The period of active formation of state holdings began relatively recently, in the first decade of the 2000s, and continues with varying intensity to this day. The predominantly shareholder of vertically integrated structures is the Russian Federation. In the regional ownership hey are much less common. This paper examines general and specific issues of legal regulation of governance of state-owned holdings.
