General provisions of a contract for hotel services

Essential terms of the contract for hotel services rendering are considered. The author draws a conclusion that a contract for rendering the hotel services being an independent type in a civil law contracts group for rendering onerous services involves at the same time some elements of the independent types of contracts for rendering onerous services (keeping, communication, board and other) as well as elements of the group of contracts of property loaning.
