The article analyzes a complex of issues related to organization and conducting victims’ and witnesses’ interrogation in cases over crimes against life and health of minors committed on grounds of political, ideological, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity or on grounds of hatred or enmity concerning any social group. These peculiarities of the interrogation are predefined by: - procedural status of the relevant participants of criminal proceedings, they have certain rights and responsibilities, procedural safeguards and protection of their rights; - common fact in proof provided by article 73 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and specific list of circumstances, subjected to be proven in cases over crimes against life and health committed by juveniles on extremist grounds; - characteristics and circumstances of the investigative situation, in terms of which the investigation is done; - degree and characteristics of interrogatee’s awareness concerning the facts, events and phenomena relevant to the investigation, interrogatee’s position towards the investigation, characterized by open or latent conflict or conflict-free relation to the inquiry; - interrogatee’s psychological and criminological characteristics.
