General principles of coordination of managerial paradigms in the construction industry

The functional communication between management departments and manufacturing units in the process of construction are implemented by information flows between the management subsystem and the controllable subsystem. This information is used to fulfill the basic functions of the management. The paper shows the need for an algorithmic approach to the choice of management paradigm in the construction complex.
