The situation of corruption crimes commission being one of basic elements of criminalistics characteristics of crimes is described in the article. The author considers such elements of situation of corruption crimes commission as place, time, and also the circumstances existing at the moment of commission of crime connected with the characteristic of environment in which law enforcement officers carry out their official duties.
