During the development of the mother's womb, a bacterial cell develops a multicellular complex organism that develops outside the mother's body. This is a responsible and difficult time for women, all the power in the body is given to the fetus developing in the uterus.

Obstetric and gynecological support is provided to women in gynecologic rooms at polyclinics in women's counseling, maternity hospitals, research institutes. Rural health outpatient clinics in rural areas are presented in the women's room, the central clinic of the district and the women's counseling clinics, gynecology, maternity and maternity departments.

Women's counseling centers are the primary and most important provider of comprehensive preventive care for all women. Specialists in various fields are working at women's counseling centers. The main tasks of the doctors are:

  • 1.    Timely dispensary examination of women living in the territory of the counseling office;

  • 2.    Recognize and monitor women early in the pregnancy, and provide a compelling explanation for the means of preventing and maintaining the observation after the withdrawal (during the calving);

  • 3.    In cases where there are diseases that are not related to the genital organs, in such a timely manner, decide whether to continue pregnancy or not;

  • 4.    Rational family planning and abortion;

  • 5.    Accurate arrangement of school girls and adolescents;

  • 6.    timely detection of gynecological diseases, treatment and prophylaxis;

  • 7.    Prevention of oncological diseases. If it is detected, apply timely treatment in cooperation with oncologists.

The consultative doctors work like neighborhood doctors. In the first half of pregnancy, the woman visits the counseling office once a month, and in the second half every 2 weeks. In the women's counseling room, the breed will be checked and the doctor will immediately be referred to the screening screen if the fetus has a risk of pregnancy. In this way, various defects in pregnancy and fetus are prevented.

The importance of using psycho-prophylactics in the preparation of pregnancy for childbirth in women's counseling centers. Women's counseling centers work in partnership with obstetric clinics and other types of clinics. Except for women's counseling, special counseling centers are being established in the cities, known as "Family and Marriage." Here are some precautions for identifying and treating child and adolescent causes.

During pregnancy women should be calm and peaceful. The pregnant woman is unable to rush her fast, with a heavy physical work. If pregnancy goes normally, you need to exercise every day (exercise training is defined by your doctor). However, it should be remembered that jumping too small can cause pregnancy, bleeding and loss of the baby.

The pregnant woman should be slightly digested and have a calorie intake. It is not good to eat foods that create a process of digestion. Chocolate, citrus fruits (except lemon), bitter, salty and sweet products are completely removed from the food, which can cause diathesis and other allergies in the child.

The pregnant woman's dress should be wider, does not complicate the movement and does not shrink a portion of the body, as it makes it difficult to circulate. It would be wrong to wear high heeled shoes - it increases the tension of the abdominal muscles and reduces body viability. Cold weather should be avoided during the cold season. In particular, it is important to keep the body clean and the sexual organs clean. As much as possible, it is necessary to take a shower that is not warm every day (it is not recommended to take a bath during pregnancy). It is quiet to have a rest and a good day out. In the autumn-winter season, especially in the first months of pregnancy, it is necessary to restrict treatment with other people to reduce the likelihood of influenza and other respiratory viral diseases.

It is important for the health of both women and children to have a healthy attitude. Human health is largely dependent on the abdomen's life-cycle. People around you should try to help the pregnant woman and support her good mood. An unhealthy mood during pregnancy damages the baby's health.

In the first three months of pregnancy, the embryo is sensitive to the effects of adverse events, the most dangerous of which is the viral infection of the mother - severe influenza, rubella and others. During the last two months of pregnancy, the baby's organisms are mainly formed. In the event of early birth (7 to 8 months before), she is fully capable of living, but requires careful care.

The uterus is enlarged during pregnancy, its walls are stretched under the influence of the special hormone of pregnant female ovaries. This hormone reduces the uterine excitability and facilitates its duration. By the end of pregnancy, the hormones' functioning decreases and the amount of hormone that increases the abnormalities of the uterus increases. Some of the muscle fibers in the uterus under the influence of this hormone, and then the uterus itself shorten (at birth). Thanks to uterine contractility, the body is also pushed out of the uterus through the uterus due to the periodic strengthening of the abdominal muscles. Patients accept obstetrician-gynecologist or obstetrician. They control the condition of the woman at birth and help to give birth, and accept the newborn child.
