In the scientific article the author considers problems of investigation of criminal cases on infliction of harm to health, beating, made by minors from hooligan motives. The author pays special attention to the circumstances, which are subject to substantiation in criminal case. Particularly, inspectors and investigators have problems in substantiation of hooligan motives in behavior of the teenager. The scientific article possesses the theoretical and practical importance.
