Educational management of school of the university type in post-catastrophic sociocultural environment

There is analyzed the conception and experience of realization in the post-catastrophic sociocultural environment of socio-pedagogical education and professional establishment of specialists of complex services. There are considered the developing strategies of schools of the university type, their mission, model and stages of development of educational management system in the regional system of education.
