Foreign language teaching: problems and prospects

The article discusses some problems of foreign language teaching and identifies the ways to solve them. The author emphasizes the importance of creating a foreign language climate as an important tool for efficient foreign language teaching. The experimental research has confirmed the influence of the identified aspects of teaching process on students, as well as elements of foreign language learning environment. Moreover, the author presents a classification of the types of students' attitudes to foreign language learning.
