The article is devoted to the specifics of first aid training in conditions of fire contact for law enforcement officers, where traditional medical protocols give way to actions under direct threat. A comprehensive analysis of key issues has been conducted, ranging from cognitive overload and the organizational gap between tactics and medicine to psychological barriers and a shortage of realistic simulations, supported by incident statistics and quotes from reputable sources. Practical solutions have been developed: integration of modules into tactical training, unified protocols with an emphasis on selfhelp, stress desensitization, and personnel reforms. Examples of successful regional programs that reduce wound stabilization time and innovations such as VR simulations of fire scenarios, AI applications for wound analysis, wearable sensors and tow drones are given. The role of innovations in the formation of a "everyone is a doctor" culture is emphasized, which increases the survival rate and operational efficiency of the Department of Internal Affairs in extreme conditions.
