Training of reserves of the personnel reserve of heads of educational organizations of the Starooskol city district

This article presents the experience of training reservists, enlisted in the personnel reserve of heads of educational organizations of the Starooskolsky city district. Characteristics of an additional program for upgrading qualifications and personified internships for reservists are given. This experience is realized within the framework of the municipal project.
