Teaching of Russian language in bilingual conditions

The article is devoted to the problem of Russian language teaching for non-Russian children living among their native speakers. There are some places in Russia where children have no natural Russian speaking community. The article suggests to return to the two-program system of Russian language teaching6 one - for the Russian native speakers and the other one - for those who cannot speak Russian or know it not very well. It does not mean low Russian knowledge but just - introduction of new kind of programs taking into account specific features of native language and aimed to improve the quality of language education.
