The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. Modern educators often build their professional practice using unique methodological and organizational solutions, particularly through original approaches to teaching school students. However, the research identifies a significant problem: these educators rarely attempt to systematize their pedagogical experience into a coherent framework. While students may demonstrate formal academic success, measured primarily through exam performance, this alone does not fully reflect teaching effectiveness. The lack of a systemic approach to lesson design may ultimately lead to decreased academic achievement among students. The inability of teachers to design pedagogical systems for their professional practice that incorporate active methods for fostering student success represents a pressing contemporary issue. The goal of research is to develop training for advanced training course participants focused on designing pedagogical systems to enhance student academic success through active learning methods. Methodology. The research builds upon the works of N. V. Kuzmina regarding systemic approaches to educational processes. The methodology incorporates analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical modeling, and pedagogical experimentation. The research participants included students enrolled in continuing professional education programs. Results. The research demonstrated the importance of training educators in pedagogical system design skills and developed an algorithm for creating pedagogical systems that promote student success through active methods. For practical implementation, the recommendations are presented in algorithmic form. Future research directions include developing an advanced training program that incorporates the methodological recommendations proposed in this study.
