Teaching students to model situations described in the problems on physics

The article presents a generalized method of solving problems on physics, which involve construction of a physical model. The modeling means conversion of real objects, their characteristics, effects and interaction conditions into the language of physics, which results in reformulation of the problem specifications. The lack of this stage leads to loss of physical meaning of the problem solution. Therefore, the objective of combining theoretical knowledge and practical skills during educational process is highly relevant.
