Training of technical and tactical actions for young taekwondo athletes

The interview of 22 leading Russian taekwondo experts that characterized the process of learning the technical and tactical actions of young athletes, pointed out the problem of their formation, determined the sequence of means and methods of teaching. It is noted that, the effectiveness of the traditional methods of teaching motor actions, indicated the importance of finding innovative means of formation of technical and tactical training. In formation of technical and tactical actions, there are differences even among leading experts from Russia, but the majority of them emphasize the importance of the style of the duel.
