Review of studies of leadership in the youth environment

This article describes a number of dissertations that study the problems of training leaders among young people. The authors prove the necessity to take on the task of youth leadership development. It is important to create modern youth unions in contemporary society to show personal initiative of the youth. Youth unions and groups need the optimization of management system, the right funding, laying the groundwork for the creativity and activity of the youth. The leadership is formed through the socialization, personal and professional self-fulfillment, the development of life plans and strategies. The author describes the approaches to the organization of training conditions for leaders in the youth environment, including the youth in some activities, the organization of personality-oriented interaction, support for leadership initiatives of youth and others. The paper shows the necessity of studying the phenomenon of leadership, as well as political training and involvement of youth in participation in the events on the national scale. It is important to attract the youth to participate in the activities directed at gaining leadership experience. In order to improve the efficiency of youth leadership development, the research workers should organize their training by teachers, psychologists and tutors, as well as particular events. The article deals with the immediacy of the problem of youth leadership development and the increasing of scientific interest in the research of the topic.
