Review of changes in the contract system of the Russian Federation in terms of anti-crisis measures

The study is of particular relevance due to the need for constant monitoring of changes in laws and regulations in the field of the contract system for the effective functioning of both customers and suppliers. The article considers the key changes in the economy of the Russian Federation in Terms of anti-crisis measures. We have reviewed the main point changes in regulatory environment of the Russian contract system that took place in 2024 and are planned for 2025, assessed the vector of their impact on the anti-crisis support of the participants in this system. As a result of the study, we have identified the most effective anti-crisis support measures that could be used by the regulator in the future.
