Overview of key changes in public procurement for 2022

This research paper discusses changes and innovations in Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 "On the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs". Every year, Federal Law No. 44-FZ undergoes global changes, which is undoubtedly subject to discussion and criticism. The most significant changes concerning all participants of the contract system of the Russian Federation are highlighted.
