The Overview of the Personal Files of M. P. Abramova (Materials from the Scientific Archives of IA RAS)

The paper contains an overview of the personal archival fund of the outstanding scholar M. P. Abramova (Scientific Archives of IA RAS, F-59). The materials of this fund include extensive field documentation; working documents related to the research conducted by this scholar as well as preparation of papers and monographs; documents related to public activities and official business; biographical data and correspondence. Currently, the personal archive is not only the main source of M. P. Abramova’s scientific career but also an important resource for studying cultures of the Early Iron Age and the medieval period in the North Caucasus.
