The overview of measure methods of slight displacements in the application of the automatic regulation system of scanners of scanning probe microscopes

In the article there is an analysis of present modern movement sensors for creation of the automatic control of the scanner of scanning probe microscopes system. Moreover, the receiving information signal methods are analyzed; the boundary conditions of the design parameters of the selected and matched sensor are estimated as well.
