Any system, including economic systems, is exposed to external and internal factors that cause changes in it. For an economic system such factors may be fluctuations in resource prices, sales volumes, currency exchange rates, actions of the government, opportunistic behavior of its own employees, etc. On the one hand, these forces can cause damage to a system. On the other hand, they can provide opportunities for the system development. Such factors can be the processes of growth and development of an enterprise. Company economic growth, expressed in the increase of production volumes, revenues and profits surely lead to qualitative changes in its activities. Expansion of a product range required the business growth, geography of production and marketing needs the complication of the organizational structure of the company, the creation of new units and change of management mechanisms in the directions provided by the strategy of development. Thus, the problem of economic growth of a company is closely linked with the development of organizational forms and strategic management of an enterprise. This article provides the study of classifications and features of enterprises organizational forms from various scientists' points of view.
