Review of approaches to modeling socio-legal phenomena included in the field of operational and service activities of police officers in the course of professional activity

The activities of the internal affairs bodies for the prevention and suppression of illegal acts, as is well known, often unfold in dynamic and not always favorable conditions. At the same time, the more difficult, dangerous and responsible the tasks of combating crime and law enforcement, the more difficult is the situation in which police officers are forced to use coercive measures (including extreme ones) and to ensure personal safety, the more strictly professional knowledge, skills and abilities are subject to verification. The presented work analyzes approaches to modeling situations and conditions of professional activity of law enforcement officers, reveals the purpose and psychological and pedagogical features of the use of domestic and foreign practice of conducting trainings on forcible detention of offenders using firearms, special means and physical force, including combat techniques of fighting in real sociolegal conditions, including in the field of operational and service activities of employees of various police departments.
