Review of practices for identifying the needs of clients in adult further education

The research is devoted to the review of practices of identifying the needs of clients in the sphere of additional adult education. There is a rapid growth of this segment due to changes in the economy and society, which requires a personalised approach to educational services. Various methods of identifying needs are considered, including questionnaires, interviews, trend analysis and consumer behaviour. Special attention is paid to the experience of Russian companies, such as «Skillbox» and «Netology», which use multi-level counselling systems to identify customer needs. International experience of analysing the needs of employees by employers and educational service agents is also studied.
