Review of issues related to the extension, modification and termination of compulsory medical measures

This article deals with the problems of renewal, change and termination of application of compulsory measures of a medical nature. Based on the analysis of legislative structures and points of view available in the science of criminal law, the authors propose their own solutions. It is concluded that such an important area as the use of medical measures remains without proper legislative regulation, which creates a large number of practical problems.
