Review of the current state and development prospects of inclusive tourism in Russia: creating an integrated representation

The article presents research results conducted by the authors on the management of inclusive tourism in domestic practice. In terms of the increment of theoretical and methodological provisions in the subject area, it is proposed to introduce the category "architecture of inclusive tourism", which defines the main elements of the system, a set of internal and external relations and formalizes the principles of its design and development, taking into account all stakeholders. Based on literature review on the research topic the authors revealed that there is no integrated approach to the formation of an effective mechanism for managing inclusive tourism in domestic practice. The article reflects several conclusions obtained in studying the current state of Russian inclusive tourism, including from the standpoint of the existing regulatory and legal framework. It was determined that recently a number of documents have been developed and adopted that are aimed at creating an accessible environment, protecting the rights and the process of providing tourist services for people with disabilities. Research results carried out by the Rostov regional assistance foundation for development of inclusive tourism, leisure and recreation "Green Street" formed an idea about the current state of the promoting inclusive tourism in one of the Runet search engines.
