Evaluation of public policies and projects as a way to determine their effectiveness

Evaluation of public policies and projects in the modern world is an important tool to determine the effectiveness of the policy, get feedback, make conclusions about issues related to the implementation of public policies and projects. The key issue is to combine different methods and tools of evaluation that will allow one to gain information on economic, political and social effectiveness. The article highlights several problems related to the application of the evaluation tools of effectiveness. The author considers the examples of evaluation tools and methods used in practice in developed countries.
