Introduction: the problem of rational nutrition is closely related to the quality of population’s life and the social and economic development of regions. At the same time, many regions of Russia are characterized by a discrepancy between food consumption diet and the requirements approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. In this regard, it is necessary to find tools for assessing the region’s population adaptation to food consumption norms.
