The experiment was carried out in 2017-2023 in the conditions of the кrasnoyarsk forest steppe. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the adaptability of zoned modern varieties of spring wheat of the Krasnoyarsk Research Institute of Agriculture in terms of grain productivity. The influence of genotype factor and genotype-environment interaction to yield formation was 4% and 7%, respectively, with a high level of reliability. This proved that genotypic differences between samples have a significant impact on the formation of grain productivity. In terms of average productivity, Beiskaya (37.8 c/ha) and Svirel (37.9 c/ha) were reliably distinguished. The crop ripening of Beiskaya was 3-4 days earlier. In parameters of ecological plasticity and stability, Uyarochka (bi = 0.92) and Beiskaya (bi = 1.01) are identified as semi-intensive varieties, Kuraginskaya 2 is identified as intensive variety (bi = 1.18). Altayskaya 70 (Hom = 148.9) and Beiskaya (Hom = 139.6) were noted for greatest homeostaticity. In terms of breeding value, Beiskaya (Sc = 18.26), Altayskaya 70 (Sc = 16.84) and Kanskaya (Sc = 15.91) were distinguished. In terms of adaptability coefficient, Beiskaya (108.9%) and Svirel (108.3%) were noted. The ranking of samples according to the considered parameters of ecological plasticity and stability made it possible to characterize Beiskaya as the most adapted high-yielding variety in varying environmental conditions by years. Beiskaya is recommended for cultivation for breeding and production purposes in the East Siberian and West Siberian regions. It is emphasized that for a more objective selection assessment of varieties by adaptability, it is necessary to use various methods.
