Evaluation of allergenic properties of a product from natural components at the stage of preclinical studies

The article presents the results of one of the stages of preclinical testing of a new product based on natural raw materials under the laboratory code "KN-73". Allergenic properties were evaluated according to generally accepted methods in the reactions of general (systemic) and active cutaneous (local) anaphylaxis in laboratory mice. The data obtained during the research prove that the use of the drug in a permissive dose at the peak of immune reactions does not lead to the development of general anaphylaxis, as well as to local local changes in the outer cover during intradermal injections, which confirms the absence of allergenic properties of the studied agent.
