Evaluating the dynamics of hepatic fibrosis in patients with HIV-infection and chronic hepatitis C receiving interferon-free therapy

In this article, we describe our experience of using an interferon-free combination of paritaprevir, ombitasvir, and dasabuvir in 15 HIV-infected patients with chronic hepatitis C treated in Saratov AIDS Center. We assessed dynamics of hepatic fibrosis in all patients using liver elastometry.
