Estimation of the dynamics of the infrastructure facility of rural areas of the Altai territory

The dynamics of the infrastructure arrangement of rural territories of the Altai Territory was assessed. It was concluded that in the Altai Territory, not only the quality of life of the rural population, but also the solution of staffing issues in the industry and increasing the investment attractiveness of the region depend on the level of infrastructure in the village. The dynamics of housing provision and improvement of the housing stock, the availability of utilities, transport accessibility, as well as the development of social facilities and the performance of their activities in the region are positive.
