Assessment of remote banking services by credit institutions of the Primorsky territory

The purpose of the article is to evaluate the remote banking services provided by credit institutions in the Primorsky Territory. The data are considered in the territorial context of the Russian Federation, namely the number of customers who use remote banking services, as well as the availability of the Internet in the Primorsky Territory. A comparative analysis of remote banking services and services offered to clients in Primorsky Krai by federal and regional banks, taking into account the current sanctioned banking regime, as well as changes in the number of corporate clients who use RBS, using the example of the leading regional bank of Primorsky Krai - PJSC SKB Primorye “Primsotsbank”. There has been a sharp increase in customers who use RBS in PJSC SKB Primorye “Primsotsbank”, which occurred due to the fact that the bank was not sanctioned, it became attractive to customers engaged in foreign economic activity, since international interbank transfers using SWIFT are available in it. It was concluded that Primorye banks are successfully implementing RBS technologies, providing convenient services to all residents, including remote areas, mobile applications and online banking simplify financial management. Banks offer a wide range of services, including investment services and consultations. It is difficult to imagine a modern business without RBS, it improves interaction with banks and provides convenience to customers.
