Valuation for the lending: essence, problems and solutions ways

In this article authors think over problems that appear with the market value of objects of mortgage on different phases of lending process: before the issuance of a credit; in the process of loan servicing; during the realization of objects of mortgage for the satisfaction of creditors claims. It is suggested to change existing approaches to the valuation of objects of mortgage. Authors of the article give particular recommendations how to improve the process of valuation of mortgage objects.
