Evaluation of fractions from agricultural lands: allotment of fraction

The author has analyzed the changes in the Russian law on the circulation of fractions from agricultural lands. Actuality of the theme caused by the prevailing number of these objects in the registered rights to agricultural lands. Described innovations that significantly alter the conditions and the process of fraction turnover. Following the results of the analysis, the above questionnaire formed a set of parameters that are appropriate to use in assessing the value of the fractions of agricultural lands.
