Evaluation of actual quality of electric energy and analysis of quantities of appeals concerning the non-conformity of electric energy quality to normative values

The article gives an estimate of the quality of electric power in the electric facilities of enterprises in the Livenskiy district of the Orel region. The results of measurements of the quality of electricity at the points of balance between the consumer and the power supply organization and power shields are presented. The reasons for the output of power quality indicators for regulatory values are presented. An analysis has been made of the number of complaints regarding the inconsistency of the quality of electricity with normative values. The main reasons for consumers' appeals regarding the inconsistency of the quality of electricity with normative values are presented. Analyzing the data on consumers' appeals to the power supply organization for the last 4 years, it can be concluded that there is a tendency to reduce the number of appeals. But at the same time they remain at a high level. At the same time, consumers mostly address problems related to changes in voltage levels, as well as voltage fluctuations. This problem is largely justified by the lack of interest of consumers and the network organization in maintaining the quality of electricity at the level of regulatory documents. The results presented in the article can be taken to develop correction factors that are used in the economic mechanism of stimulating the consumer and energy supply organizations in maintaining the quality of electricity.
