Evaluation of factors affecting the level of labor productivity of a small enterprise

The article substantiates the relevance of issues of identifying factors that affect labor productivity in small business. Using the example of a specific enterprise, an assessment was made of the degree of influence on the efficiency of the use of labor resources of two factors: the cost of contracts and the volume of labor costs in the context of executed contracts. The technological, socio-psychological and resource factors have been identified and characterized. Recommendations are given for setting up work in the field of identifying intra-organizational reserves for the growth of labor productivity in the analyzed small enterprise.
