Adaptation of personnel is an important component in the personnel management system. Correctly constructed process of adaptation of the personnel, helps beginners to spread uncertainty in relations with management and colleagues, maintain a good climate in the team, minimize staff turnover. The article presents an analysis of the adaptation procedure in LLC "A Service", using the following methods: the method of document analysis, the interview method with the Head of Personnel and Employee Questioning, the shortcomings in the process of staff adaptation, and ways to solve them.
