Identified in children and adolescents with arterial hypertension (AH) I-IIst. after a test with reactive hyperemia with high-resolution ultrasound, lower indices of increase in diameter of the brachial artery (PA) and peak blood flow velocity in comparison with the control group of normotensive children. The results should be interpreted as an increase in the tone of PA in children and adolescents with AH.
