Assessment of functional readiness of the head of management activities

The possibility of a comprehensive assessment of the functional readiness of the head of the civil service for management is considered using diagnostic tools to solve the problem of assessing the personality and professional qualities of the head of the civil service, namely, methods of instrumental diagnostics and test methods for identifying individual personal characteristics that enable determination to management activities.
