Assessment of functioning of the logistics quality management

The model of logistic monitoring quality management process system that enables comprehensive assessment of the quality of functioning of the system. The analysis is performed by calculating the integral quality index that is based on such parameters as the defect rate, the flow parameters on the quality indicator through-flow capacity, normalized power flow indicator, a flow rate of intermediate power, quality and cost of the process costs.
