Genotoxical assessment of natural ionizing radiation in cells of meristem Vigna radiata

Results of research the cytogenetic violations in cells of meristem Vigna radiat а treated to action of mixed natural ionizing radiation in mine where production of loparite ore is made are presented. It is established that cytotoxic effects in meristem of V. Radiat а are shown in decrease in mitotic index, backlog of chromosomes, bridges in telophase, fragmentations and clumping of chromosomes, multipolar mitoses are shown.
