Assessment and economic feasibility of state support for stimulating LNG production on the example of the «Yamal LNG» project

This article assessed the state support in the form of state investments, which served as the most important condition for the existence and viability of the Yamal LNG project. The method of discounting cash flows (NPV calculation), and the method of internal rate of return (IRR) were applied, and results were obtained on calculations that take into account state investments, and results that do not take into account state investments. The article uses 4 tables and 3 graphs.
