Evaluation and improvement of the efficiency of management the circulating capital of the enterprise (on the example of the JSC "Novotroitsk cement plant")

The article examines the efficiency of management of the circulating capital of the JSC «Novotroitsk Cement Plant». The assessment of the composition, structure, dynamics, and the circulating capital turnover of the enterprise was analyzed. The factor analysis of the company's revenue was conducted. In order to accelerate the turnover of work in process it is proposed to introduce new equipment that will reduce the duration of the production cycle by speeding up the grinding process. The economic effect of the implementation of the proposed event is calculated.
