Corporation competitiveness assessment and the ways to improve it

Competitiveness appears because of the market conditions when some manufacturers come up with the same products. If they want to stay competitive enough, they must have products that will satisfy consumers’ needs in the present moment and, in the same time, be engaging because of better quality compared among other ones. This article discusses the definitions of the competitiveness term and its main factors. A SWOT analysis of LLC «Yelanskiy Cheese Factory » was conducted to show how to improve its competitiveness. Additionally, the ways of the corporation’s development were given.
