Assessment and improvement of the company's capital structure of Siberian anthracite

The article discusses ways to improve the capital structure of the company AO Siberian Anthracite, which consists in creating such a capital structure of the company that would represent such an optimal ratio of own and borrowed sources, which minimizes total capital costs and maximizes market value. At the same time, a scenario approach is used, as a result of which the optimal range of capital structure is determined. In this range, the probability of bankruptcy is low, and the value of the company is created.
