Evaluation of the immunochromatographic test based on Mycobacterium bovis multiantigenes

The results of bovine blood serum samples study using an immunochromatographic test based on a combination of M.bovis antigens, such as recombinant antigens of secreted proteins, native cell wall proteins and lipopolysaccharides, are presented. The relatively high specificity (92.0-100.0%) and sensitivity (95.8%) of the test are shown.
