Currently, there are significant changes in the external environment affecting oilfield service enterprises. In this connection, oilfield service companies require new or improved methodological approaches for the development and effective management in a competitive environment of all business segments. As a result of the assessment of the innovative climate and the innovative potential of the company, it was found that LLC RN-Service has significant innovative potential, which is not fully used by the company. The enterprise has the opportunity to invest additional funds in innovative activities. The company needs to intensively work on the development and implementation of new technologies in order to reduce labor costs for manufacturing products, increase the effective use of material costs and production assets.
