Estimation of innovative potential and innovative activity of regions of the Siberian federal district

In article the system of indicators of an estimation of innovative potential and innovative activity of region is offered, the universal technique is developed, allowing to estimate size of potential and level of innovative activity. The size of innovative potential and level of innovative activity of region is offered to be estimated by means of integrated indicators. The analysis of integrated indicators on an example of regions of the Siberian federal district for 2002 - is made 2005, and also the grouping of investigated regions on level of innovative potential and innovative activity is spent.
